The Three C’s of good communication

  1. Clear-understandable
  2. Concise-brief but comprehensive
  3. Complete-point made

The Three ways to send messages

  1. Body Language
  2. Tone of Voice
  3. Words

How to be a Better Listener

  1. Be Responsive; respond after listening
  2. Ask Questions to get more information
  3. Put into your Own words what you have heard
  4. Look beyond the words for Feelings

Bridging the gap occurs when the Word of God is applied and understanding that men and women communicate differently. Women connect by talking and their aim is to express their feelings while men connect by doing things and their aim is to solve the problem.

The focus of the Communication Breakfast that will be held on June 26 is Conflict Resolution and Ways to Build your marriage. There is a small homework assignment please complete it and come prepared to share your answers.
